1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ICT4School website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Educational Services

ICT4School provides educational resources aligned with the Zambian ICT syllabus for Forms 1-4.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Termly Access: K50 per term
• Annual Access: K150 per year
• Lifetime Access: K1,500 one-time payment, lesson plans and schemes of work inclusive

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

4.1 Specifically Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
• Scraping or copying content without permission
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated systems to access the Services
• Distributing malicious software or content
• Impersonating other users or administrators

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 User Content

By submitting content to ICT4School, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

5.2 Content Usage

• Personal Use: Students may use materials for personal study
• Educational Use: Teachers may use materials for classroom instruction
• Prohibited: Commercial use or redistribution without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

ICT4School provides educational materials "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6.1 Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our content is error-free or up-to-date. Educational content is for informational purposes only.

6.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICT4School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Chingola, Zambia.

7.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
